AND 5:00 P.M. FOR EXHIBITORS
NOTICE
You will be charged for day you are on site, or you could be required to relocate.
Overnight parking is a privilege extended by the Maryland Sporting Dog Association, Inc. (MSDA) to its exhibitors. Failure to follow the instructions of officials on duty will result in forfeiture of parking privileges without refund of fees paid and the possibility of disciplinary action determined by the Event Committee. Parking is strictly at the exhibitor's risk as the clubs accept no responsibility for theft, damage or loss of personal property or the loss of or injury to animals in the care of exhibitors at these events. As a courtesy, please do not operate generators between 11:00 P.M. and 6:00 A.M. Fire lanes must be always kept open.
Friday, Saturday & Sunday – MSDA will charge $5.00 per vehicle for parking Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
Reserve Parking Pass is available at $12.50 per day (weather permitting will be available for purchase on site).
Prime Day Parking Pass is available at $20.00 per day (15 spots available).
Overnight parking for campers at these events is permitted at a fee of $50.00 per night.
Limited electric is available; advance reservation does not guarantee electric hookup. This is on a first come-first served basis. There is an electrical fee that the Fairgrounds requires. Should you choose to have an electrical hookup a fee will be charged for each line run. Currently this fee will not exceed $20.00 per line per day for hookup. The fee will be collected by the show grounds staff once you have been assured a hookup.
There will be NO water hookups. Electric lines CANNOT be laid across roads. PARKING SPACES MAY NOT BE RESERVED BY USING TRAFFIC CONES. NO PARKING IN BARNS.
